- Milton Christian Church - Denomination is Disciples of Christ, and along with its three other Nova Scotian counterparts, is involved in Johnston Christian Park church camp for youth aged 9 to 20.
- Milton Soldiers Memorial - Constructed in 1919 to honour those killed in action during World War I and World War II.
- Queens Association for Community Opportunity - A voluntary non-profit organization which strives to provide disabled individuals with individual growth and development options.
- Raymond Fancy - A folk artist, Raymond worked in lumber and as a carpenter. Influenced by his neighbour Ralph Boutilier, he began carving around 1976, and died in 1988.
- Side draft tuyere - Historical look at a distinctive type of uncommon forge. A tuyere is a nozzle through which an air blast is delivered to a forge or blast furnace.
